Prime Minister Dion

It seems that Harper is using the words 'Prime Minister Dion' in order to scare voters.

I doubt anyone will be very afraid.

But this use does make three things clear:

1 The Conservative campaign is still chasing the Dow down -- this is a panic mode. They may salvage a minority but that's a lot less than they were gunning for.

2 Only the Liberal Party -- with its team of solid front bench MPs -- can be a viable alternative to the Conservative Party. The NDP is still a protest party.

3. Harper sees politics as a personal matter -- he's fighting Dion and wants to win. It's not, at base, a battle of ideas for Harper.

  1. This whole TV "outake" news item only displays what a classless faggot Mike Duffy is and how uncouthly stupid CTV is for defiling confidence! This shows how useless Canadian media has become in reporting campaign events and issues and being of any service to the public. Its all about 'manufacturing consent'.. the media attempting to influence the election and then take some scoopy pride??? But then one of the most useless bureaucracies in the world (next to Indian Affairs) is the CRTC. What a waste!! Mike Duffy is an extremely stupid person!
