The Schreiber-Mulroney show

The Oliphant Inquiry today asked an important question:

Why did the German arms dealer give the former prime minister hundreds of thousands of dollars, but not check whether he had done any work?

It's the sort of question that answers itself -- he must have checked and there must have been something being done.

So what was being done?

1 comment:

  1. Schreiber got his Canadian citizenship in 1982, guess who was PM?

Marc Lalonde, former Liberal MP and cabinet minister under Trudeau, paid a large chunk of his bail. Why? Because they're buddies.

Robert Thibault, Liberal MP and at the time Ethics Committee member visited Schreiber twice in jail before appearing in front of the committee. How ethical is that?

    Credibility? Zero.
