The mail will start moving Tuesday or so but lots of people have moved on. I always paid bills by mail -- but now I have moved to payment by the web. I suspect mail volumes just won't recover:

Mail could be moving again by Tuesday following speedy Senate approval of government legislation ordering locked-out Canada Post workers back to their jobs.
During a rare Sunday sitting, senators vigorously debated — but ultimately approved — a bill that sets the stage for resumption of mail service.
This is really a case of forcing management to stop the lockout, rather than forcing the workers back to work. By using Harper's framing, you are giving legitimacy to his lying spin.
