Ahmadinejad is a despicable tyrant. Simple observation of recent Iranian events shows that most Iranians would like to be rid of him but the current regime is repressive to the extreme.
That said, his stale-years-old comments about Israels existence were political not genocidal. They were mistranslated and misinterpreted and then intentionally left uncorrected in the western media.
example: The Soviet Union was "wiped from the page of history" but the Russian people (and Ukrainians etc etc) all survived this timely demise of the soviet state.
The cause of antisemitism would be better served by an analysis of the recent "Cast Lead" destruction of Gaza. There is alas, more evidence of genocide there than there is emanating from the goons in Iran.
