Major snowstorm for Toronto

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement, warning of a "major" winter snowstorm hitting southern Ontario Tuesday.

The weather office says a low pressure system will make its way over the lower lakes, bringing between 20 to 30 centimeters of heavy snowfall.
