When I was a kid, my family was in the amusement game business which included pinball machines They were actually held to be illegal by many government and police agencies. My mother had the law "clarified" in 1974ish. I don't think it was a change, just that the police had no understanding of the machine itself. The police used to seize our equipment periodically and destroy it. I was wondering if you had an opinion on a reparations case against the Attorney General?
