Were you AT the debate?? The questions were from people in the audience. They were given to the panel, who then asked the questions of the candidates.
The 'annointed ones', so anyone who chooses to run in an election then becomes annointed? Every Party that is running in Oshawa was invited to the debate - two parties chose NOT to participate and Gail Bates had to withdraw due to a death in the family - these annointed as you call them, ALL work very hard and deserve respect regardless of the party they chose to represent ! But I gather that respect is not something you would understand or be able to comprehend
