"In Oshawa, incumbent Colin Carrie has just under 1,000 friends on Facebook while Liberal opponent James Morton has 1,022. The Green Party's Gail Bates has about 200 members in her Facebook group and the NDP's Chris Buckley has just over 100 fans. Mr. Morton also has more Twitter followers with 2,875 compared to 576 for Mr. Carrie. Both men regularly tweet."
