Niagara Butterfly Conservatory = public amusement park?

Today's paper suggests that the Progressive Conservatives will review the status of public amusement parks such as the "Niagara Butterfly Conservatory".

Errh, a public amusement park? Like, say, the Royal Ontario Museum? Did the people who wrote the Conservative platform actually visit the places they are talking about?

Having visited the area this past weekend, I can say that changing it would be a tragedy. I was quite taken by the natural beauty of the Niagara region (seemingly at such odds with the tacky/gimmicky nearby Niagara Falls). The area around the Butterfly conservatory and School of Horticular is spectacular.
