Twelve Angry Men

Did anyone notice that the first degree murder trial was held three months after the murder, the trial lasted 3 days and jury deliberations took 3 hours?  Speedy justice was a reality in New York in the 1950’s!

Maybe so but think of the endless wrongful convictions from the 60's and 70's. Haste makes waste -- and wrongful convictions... .
