Recently Tang Yingnian, Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong, inspected China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda Ya'an Bifengxia Base. If you notice the panda on the right doesn't seem very happy with the Chief Secretary's visit (perhaps it interfered with snacky time?).
