I was watching the game live on tv when it happened. I have always wondered what kind of recourse do people have around the glass if they should some how have a serious injury,example a piece of glass in the persons eye.
That's a good question and the answer is "not much". So long as there is no gross negligence (or intentional wrongdoing)nthe spectators volunteer to take the risks they do. It's a bit like being hit by a golf ball when playing a round.
If I recall correctly there is a "no liability" clause on your game ticket.
