Maybe they don't want to release it because it would commit them to a specific action plan?

It's an interesting strategy. Don't talk to the media, and don't tell people what you will do, only tell them what you have done. I can't say it's very democratic, open, or accountable behaviour, but that's the Conservatives.

They won't release a platform because they don't have one to release. Otherwise they would have been the first to do so!!
