Kindling the Hanukkah lights
The primary ritual, according to Jewish law and custom, is to light a single light each night for eight nights. As a universally practiced "beautification" of the mitzvah, the number of lights lit is increased by one each night. An extra light called a shamash, meaning guard or servant is also lit each night, and is given a distinct location, usually higher or lower than the others. The purpose of the extra light is to adhere to the prohibition, specified in the Talmud (Tracate Shabbat 21b–23a), against using the Hanukkah lights for anything other than publicizing and meditating on the Hanukkah story. This differs from Sabbath candles which are meant to be used for illumination. Hence, if one were to need extra illumination on Hanukkah, the shamash candle would be available and one would avoid using the prohibited lights. Some light the shamash candle first and then use it to light the others. So all together, including the shamash, two lights are lit on the first night, three on the second and so on, ending with nine on the last night, for a total of 44.

For everyone celebrating Hanukkah, Happy Hanukkah. To everyone celebrating Christmas, Merry Christmas!!
Another major rift opens up in Liberal camp
It seems that Michael Ignatieff decided that it is time that Liberal Party of Canada abandons "Canadian Church of Secularism and Abortion" and reconnect with more traditional Religions.
This is major shift in Liberal policy!!!
This radical move is widely perceived as encroachment into Conservative territory and blatant attempt to steal traditional Conservative votes.
War over traditional religions is about to erupt.
Ignatieff’s message to Liberal followers; gays go back into the closet, no more abortion on demand, no more secularism, and Dr. Henry Morgentaler must surrender his Order of Canada and travel back to Europe. First, he has to visit Vatican and apologise to the Pope for his open letter mocking previous Pope Paul John II and than he has to travel to Poland for re-education at Auschwitz Museum. When Parliament resumes in January, these will become vote of confidence demands that Liberals are going to put on Harper.
All radical feminists and sexual deviants are in state of complete panic as this kind of thinking is what they detest the most in Conservative ranks.
Lesbians at HoC were first to suggest that all feminists and gays in House of Commons pack their bags and move over to NDP camp.
Jack Layton got so excited at this prospect that he is considering sex change surgery.
He is in a process of discussing this new idea with his wife Olivia.
He wants to continue their marriage and enter Guinness Book of World Records as first lesbian couple in National Parliament.
I am not making it up, read for yourself:

If you still think I am making it up about panic in Liberal ranks than ask yourself why would CTV decide to use with their article picture from December 10, 2008 instead of a picture from December 21, 2008 at Chanukah Menorah Lighting Ceremony that Michael Ignatieff attended at Zareinu Educational Centre in Toronto??
This picture that is posted on this blog is most relevant to their article and it is widely accessible on the web,
see for yourself.
