Canadian Somali Congress

The Canadian Somali Congress held a meeting with over ninety participants to provide information on the Somali-Jewish Mentorship Project.
A remarkable speech was given by Saaed Mohamud, a respected Somali elder.
The thrust of the speech was that Somali Canadians must integrate into Canada to better themselves and their family in Somalia.
Speaking in Somali Mr Mohamud expressed the need to bridge the gap between Somalia and Canada for the Somali community.
