Visiting a hospital

Today I saw an old friend who is in rough shape. He has lived as full a life as can be imagined -- fuller indeed than could ever have been anticipated from his humble roots. But still, seeing someone once so full of vigor and health brought to a bed in hospital makes you think. Life is short -- live now for tomorrow may never come.
