Yes, Flocke is a girl and Razzi (Rasputin) is a boy; This is Razzi
In answer to several questioning comments, there is no doubt as to the gender of Flocke (girl) and Razzi (boy).

There is an especially cute YOUTUBE by Christina Berlin of Rasputin and Flocke playing in their enclosure. It is absolutely adorable especially with the music she chose. They are both gorgeous and very compatible young bears. I was impressed by Bart Jr. in the Tums ad that was on US tv recently.
