I have to take German 102 at a university night course someday. I took the literal meaning as "There is a (German) Saxon who is not even there."I have visited Dresden, Görlitz, and Zittau.Quirky factoid: if one takes the train from Görlitz to Zittau, part of the trip goes through the Polish side of the Neisse River.
