Question about schools suspending students for negative YouTube or Facebook comments or videos: Do schools in Canada have the right to suspend students for posting negative comments or videos about other students, teachers, or principals? Do schools get to act in loco parentis for negative student activities that may take place outside of school boundaries or off-site events?
