TTC chair 'very ready' to become Mayor of Toronto
Bouyed by drums, cheers and his wife Sarah McQuarrie, TTC chair Adam Giambrone stepped into the mayor's race Monday night.
"My name is Adam Giambrone and I'm running for mayor!" Giambrone told the crowd of supporters at the Revival club on College Street. "As most of you have heard and read this last week - I'm also very ready!"

I can't see the kid having a chance at all, frankly, given that he is up against Smitherman AND Rossi. I'm not sure his management of the TTC is much to brag about either. It's decades behind where it needs to be for the city and people seem fairly disillusioned with it.
Is he stepping down from his position at the TTC? He should as he's now in the running.
