andromahi karakatsanis at the court of appeal for ontario, excused the trial judge error of law in my case, for making my 12 year old give a sworn testimony under oath and to be affirmed at the trial. At the appeal ruled, along with rouleau and rosenberg, that the trial judge could ignore the statues of the law concerning some people. People like me. First she overlooked the trial judge's error in ignoring a statue of law, the Canada Evidence Act 16.1(2)that forbids the court to make any witness at a trial who is under the age of fourteen, to give a sworn evidence, as the trial judge did in regards to my 12 year old daughter at the trial. She was sworn and affirmed and according to transcript evidence from the trial. Which was for allegedly slapping my two daughters with a magazine at the ibrary, thta also in the police report caused them no injury. andromahi karakatsanis upheld the decision of the trial judge lesle pringle at 1000 Finch court in Toronto in my case. There were three main factors, in my appeal, regarding errors of law by the trial judge. The first, is regarding the trial judge, leslie pringle, making my 12 year old daughter, swear an oath and to be affirmed at the trial. This is part of my transcript of evidence of the trial, so I'm not making it up, because I was also there at the trial. Next she allowed the crown to amend the information regarding a name that the witnesses, my two daughters ages 12and 13 yrs old confirmed to the court, was not their name. Nickname, legal name whatever. Not only did leslie pringle, ignored the stature conerning the Canada Evidence Act, (section 16.1(2) where no witness under 14 yrs old are allowed to give a sworn statement at the trial, but your so called "honorable" judge andromachi karakatsanis, paul rouleau and marc rosenberg at the court of appeal for ontario, upheld the trial judge decision and dismiss my appeal. Because Andromachi held senior posts within the canadian government, it is even more troubling, regarding her ruling and what that means to the public, in general. It also shows how deep the corruption is regarding the canadian judicial system, against some persons. And yes I'm a black woman and a human rights activist, which is also the reason why I have taken it up, to expose them. These bunch of sons of bitches are evil, in a true sense of the word. Honorable they are not. They could also find a mother guilty of slapping her disobedient preteens, with a magazine at the library, for misbehaivng. Section 43 did not apply to me and the charter of rights did not apply to me either, in the eyes of karakatsani, rouleau and rosenberg. When asked at the trial, the 12 and 13 yr old witnesses, said that the slap with the magazine "hurt for about five minutes, but left no mark or bruise, or any kind of injury" to them, other than their injured pride.
