Michelangelo

Today is the birthday of Michelangelo (6 March 1475 – 18 February 1564), creator of the incomparable "Pietà" and so many other breathtaking and inspiring works of art.

I was awed by the Pieta when I visited it about 35 yrs+ ago. I swear I thought I could see the blood running in Christ's veins. I also saw Michelangelo's David and visited the Sistine Chapel, but before it was cleaned. And of, course, the Mona Lisa, at the Louvre.

Last summer we visited Leonardo da Vinci's last abode at the Clos Luce. We were so impressed with the displays of his engineering designs on display. A teacher from a local school took his young charges to the Clos. The rest of the visitors followed him. Thankfully I understood 95% of what he said. Couldn't have had a better tour guide - and he was free :-) Hubby's from France.

The British Columbia Museum in Victoria, B.C. had a 6 month display of the works of Leonardo da Vinci's works. It drew hundreds of people each day of its time at the Museum...He was so far ahead of his time. His drawings were wonderful. Many of the displays were replicas of his work.

Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that
automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates.

I think that everything posted made a bunch of sense.
But, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier post title?
I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, however what if you added something that grabbed a person's attention?
I mean "Michelangelo" is kinda vanilla. You should look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create article headlines to get viewers interested. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab people interested about everything've written.
Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.

I leave a response each time I appreciate a post on a website or I have something to valuable to contribute to the
conversation. Usually it's caused by the fire displayed in the post I read. And on this post "Michelangelo". I was actually excited enough to post a thought :-) I do have a couple of questions for you if it's okay.
Is it simply me or does it look like like some of these
responses appear as if they are written by brain dead folks?

:-P And, if you are writing at additional social sites, I'd like to keep up with you. Could you list the complete urls of your public sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
