Not much of a vision. Just sell all assets and fire all public servants. And leave the city without a decent public transit and bike lanes only on obscure back alleys. No vision there at all. He's as myopic as Harper. And he calls himself a Liberal? I'm glad he left the party to lose the mayoral election. Sounds like a neo-con to me.
