There's this great disconnected or disaffected segment of the public that no one is reaching. If Harper was going to get them, he'd have done it by now. That suggests that the Libs can hope to gain their support - if they get off their collective arse and begin addressing the concerns of the Canadian people - and it's about bloody time they did.
