When the man suggests he needs only two or three or four of the pills to "kill the pain," Ford asks him to leave it with him and he'll "ask people on the street" to see what he can do.
At one point, Doneit-Henderson presses Ford for help.
"Can you find OyxContin for me, Rob?"
Ford says "Huh?" and Doneit-Henderson repeats himself.
"Can you find OxyContin so I can get on the medication, so I can ..."
Ford interrupts. "I'll try buddy, I'll try ..."

What do you think of this situation James, as a human being, not as a lawyer per se?
For me - while Rob Ford would not be my choice for major, this situation, as it's context has come to light, seems to be a case of entrapment. That's ugly.
But if anything, through it, Ford comes off as compassionate, willing to help the man. Really, if someone - a friend-colleague was dying of pain and begged me to get them some help, some drug to kill the pain, would I, would you? Even if the drug was illegal?
I probably would, if I could.

hmm... wonder if Ford will still be in a tie for the lead now?
