Those Conservatives who chuckle over visiting "the boonies" have forgotten their own history.
Canadians don't just live in downtown Montreal/Toronto/Calgary/Vancouver - some live in Pembroke.

This summer will see the Iggy Express dropping into communities all across Canada. If we believe the Liberal spin this will be the most extensive and agenda packed summer tour of any Opposition Leader in history. That remains to be seen. Lots of folks, in the media and especially from the Conservative ranks have had a few chuckles over this one and frequently dub it the "Boonie Tour."
However, for once I think the Liberals have the makings of a good idea.

Iggy was actually in my neck of the woods. He messed up on some of his talking points. Maybe they should do a little research before they head back to the boonies lol

Sir John A touring around Canada over the summer between elections on the RAILWAY and going to places his party didn't hold the seat etc.
