Ford's 'end run' on student football rules set bad example: Officials

These stories continue to come out but they are old.  My guess is they have to be leaking out on a timed basis by someone.

Mayoral candidate and high school football coach Rob Ford behaved like a “bully” in a 2004 controversy over his decision to welcome two students to his team who were deemed ineligible by the ruling sport body, say officials who dealt with the dispute.
