I know it's a work day but it feels like it should be a weekend... .

I saw you on Canada A.M. and was wondering if you could cite the case that had the fatal error because of the discussion with the judge outside of the ears of the accused? I have a civil case, where I was the Plaintiff and the judge got chatted up by another judge and he used his comments in the decision. Applicable do you think? I was in motions court and was going to be in front of a particular judge. I knew he was in conflict, so I asked for it to be changed over to another before he heard the case. They moved me and the other judge and he ended up talking about the case. Seems awful sly to me.
