Convicted serial killer Robert Pickton will find out Friday whether the Supreme Court of Canada will grant him a new trial. I very much doubt he will get a new trial but it will be something to watch for Friday morning.
That he was convicted not on evidence but on smell -- all the different cases shouldn;t have been put together into one -- so the jury assumed he was guilty because of some many bodies -- I can't see the argument working but we'll see.

What's the main argument Pickton's lawyers are presenting in support of a new trial?

I thought they would have discussed all that before the first trial. But what do I know? I ain't a lawyer.
