Bail hearing - the missing witness
In bail hearings it is common to have a witness/surety testify as to a plan that would include supervision and would require a third party to supervise during a part of the day. That third party is often not called as a witness -- but it is essential that the third party be canvassed as to their agreement to supervise. Little is required -- it is enough that the witness/surety say "I spoke to X and she is willing to supervise while I am at work". But absent that evident the plan of release is deficient and release unlikely.
