Here's my personal account with the gun registry. I'm a nurse in Saskatchewan. We had a disgruntled patient with a serious chronic illness who threatened to kill two of our surgeons with a loaded gun he had under his bed. When this was reported to the police, they checked him out on the long gun registry and found that he did actually have guns. When they went to his house they did find loaded weapons. They were confiscated and may very well have saved two physicians lives and 6 kids their fathers. Now if that's not worth filling out a 5 minute application once in a while I don't know what is.

You are right, what was I thinking.
Great job and a good theme.
