"Meanwhile, it emerged Friday evening that the female officer seen kneeing Bonds in the controversial video — recorded without audio just before 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 26, 2008 — was caught on tape twice kicking another accused man as he was being dragged by the legs of other officers into a cell.
The charges against Terry Arthur Delay, 42, were also stayed.
The man, like Bonds, had been charged with assaulting police after being arrested for public intoxication over the July 9, 2009 incident.
Ontario Court Justice Dianne Nicholas was so "profoundly disturbed" by the kicks that she blurted out "Jesus" while watching the recording during the Delay's trial.
Nicholas said Delay was kicked by Special Const. Melanie Morris like "you wouldn't kick a dog" and the entire incident "rattles (her) confidence in the system."
"I'm very, very troubled by what I've seen," said Nicholas, who told Delay someone ought to apologize to him for what had happened and for the months he had spent in jail before the judge stayed the charge at the Crown's request three months after his release, in October.
"It profoundly disturbed me.""

If you take your "emotions" out of this James, you will see it's nothing at all.
I disagree -- polce have the right to use force where protocols require and allow. But verbal provocation (even by a drunk and obnoxious guy) is not enough
