No women as Priests -- doesn't that mean all Priests be Jewish?

I respect this Pope. His encyclicals are profound and manage to combine orthodoxy with current philosophical insights.

But the argument below as reported in the Daily Mail is just silly.

Consider this; we can't have women priest because none of the Apostles were women. Doesn't that suggest priests should all be Jewish like the Apostles?

There may be reasons to have a male priesthood (I haven't heard good ones but whatever) but the accidental incidents of the Apostles isn't even an arguable reason.

"The Pope also uses the 219-page book to speak out on other issues such as the Church's teaching outlawing women priests.

He says: 'The Church has no power to confirm women to the priesthood. It's not a question of not wanting to but it cannot.

'The Lord gave a form to the Church with the Twelve (Disciples), then the bishops and priests. We did not create this shape of the Church but He did.'"

Then again if they did they may get some more bodies but then again if they also allowed MARRIAGE it might better as their homo-sexual views would easier to check but then again what should one expect when he thinks that his previous ones always right when you go back 0 to 2010 which is 4 times older than the US firm the BAY which most of the time was ENGLISH and only CANADIAN for less than 10 percent of it's time.
