There is almost no way for laypeople to imagine the chaos of a typical provincial court in Toronto. Files bounced from Crown to Crown, courtroom assignments changed two or three times in a morning and then (the dreaded) "I'm sorry Your Honour, the file isn't here". How is it that everything is so chaotic???

They're probably short-staffed because there hasn't been a government with the gumption to tax the rich - or anybody - for a generation.
Taxes? No, we mustn't have taxes! Let the moeny fairies pay for everything...
As long as the lawyers get paid then who gives a shit...
