It's funny in a way but suggests the author does not appreciate there is a problem with what has been happening with Ottawa police and taking people into custody:
This video is simply an outrageous demonstration of the systemic problem that exists inside the Ottawa Police service. These guys imagine that being restricted from indiscriminate use of brute force is like being instructed to let all criminals go without charge. Typical police mentality - to these guys civil rights equal 'soft on crime.' The Ottawa Police force needs an overhall from top to bottom as do most police forces in this country.
