There a lot of expensive prison beds being built. Part of the problem is dosage. I've known people who abuse prescription drugs, and someone who became employable as a result of a prescription. Here the mental illness issue is to mail or courier one day of drugs to the former, and ensure better psyche diagnosis in the latter. The policy prescription would be: people on assisted incomes should be given the opportunity for proper dosage, and then loss the income if police judges prisons expensively come into play. Strange when children attain power and wealth in a democracy.
