Red Rocket fails to launch

Toronto's rather limited subway was down this morning from Bloor Station. Perhaps because, unlike New York for example, there are no viable alternative transit routes the failure at one station led to transit and traffic chaos.

Of course there was no notice of the failure on entering the system and the public announcement system was so weak that any announcements were indecipherable.

Still, and in fairness, the failure was fixed within an hour and a half. The problem is not the people working the TTC -- it is old, inadequate and failing infrastructure.

It's always something. At least once a week I am delayed.

The better way if you have absolutely no other way!

While you're right that its not the fault of TTC workers, its hard not to take it out on them. I have tried to complain to the TTC itself and they don't even return correspondence.
