A very fair question. I founded my own business back in the early 1990's -- it was myself and one partner then. It's grown, merged, morphed until now we have around 30 people working here. I have run a business and managed (and made) payroll for a long time. I know exactly what it's like! And that is specially important for Oshawa because much of the growth in employment will come from smaller businesses and start-ups! Cheers!
