Fissures in Zamboni’s MS theory widen

While politics seem to take up a lot of my waking life, this story is far more important than who represents the most rural seats in Quebec -- this truly is a matter of life and death:

Fissures in Zamboni’s MS theory widen

When international specialists in disorders of the nervous system gathered in Toronto last year for their discipline’s largest annual conference, they were confronted one afternoon by two men determined to change the world of neurology with a radical new theory about one of the great mysteries of modern medicine: multiple sclerosis.

I did 20 minutes of "research" on this surfing the internet and concluded that this was a fraud. At least that was the theme I was finding.

Many of the more vocal supporters of this procedure are in the drug company conspiracy camp. They need to be dismissed out of hand. Others cling to a hope of a cure. It is understandable but it is not good science. At best it is naive at worst it is exploitation. The politicians are forced to walk on eggshells even though the decision is a slam dunk.

We find this type of phenomena in politics a lot. Eg. Anyone who has an issue with manmade GHG's is considered ignorant. There is serious doubts about some of the findings but if you raise them you will be ridiculed.

Outside of politics is the usual areas of conspiracy, UFO's, Moonlandings etc. No amount of evidence is ever enough.
