So I put a token in slot. Doesn't work. Can't get onto subway. I complain to ticket taker who says "I can't help you - complain to TTC customer service". He gives me a phone number.

What next "We have a delay at track level ...".
Maybe I'll sue in Small Claims Court!!!

Did you check the return slot? Sometimes it goes right through.
Also, why are you doing trying to use fake tokens?
Ha ha ha! Actually I did check and the people at TTC customer service were very decent. The turnstyle jammed -- it is not infrequent.
