Conrad Black back in jail for about a year

More or less what I expected:

CHICAGO — Conrad Black is returning to prison for about another year to serve time for fraud and obstruction of justice.

The U.S. judge who sentenced him on fraud convictions four years ago gave Black a 42-month term in a resentencing hearing Friday.

Eric Sussman, former lead prosecutor on Black's case, expects he'll end up doing another nine months or so.

One name. Richard Perle. Testified at the trial for the prosecution. He was the co-ordinator for the board of directors during the Hollinger divestment of assets such as the Chicago Times and the Jerusalem Post. Fact is the board of directors of Hollinger was riddled with persons long involved with the US intelligence community. Why is that? The rest is history.
