...or the way it "handles" its wrongly convicted - like Sherry Sherrett was recently "handled" with a $450K lowball settlement - less money than the judge, crown and defence lawyer along with God - er - I mean Smith --- earned in combinatiin for their respective bumbling roles in Sherrett's case. I don't understand the point of these (feel good?) platitudes.

The wrongfully convicted do deserve far far better treatment than they have received to date. Money cannot buy back lost years.
