Among British MPs of all political stripes there was widespread and brazen misuse of expenses.
While it appears youth grabbed flat screen tvs while MPs preferred moats, chandeliers and helipads, the attitude towards other people's property as "free stuff" seems identical.

Don't forget the wall street bankers and 'captains of industry" who's sole mission in life is to transfer as much cash as possible from your bank account to theirs.
It wasn't just stolen tv's.. It was assault, arson, vandalism etc.
