Michele Bachmann is not crazy

She is wrongheaded, misinformed and oversimplistic but no crazier than, say, Rick Perry (who is said to jog with a pistol).

So why do so many people say she's crazy?

Perhaps a better question might be, would Michael Bachmann with precisely the same views be called crazy? Or would he just be seen as an extremist?

A male version of Bachmann would be just as crazy. Extreme views like those held by Bachmann are a sign of a psychological disorder. She is actually disconnected from reality.
Ron Paul is crazy, Rick Perry is crazy. The only sane ones in the Republican race are Huntsman and Romney.

That may be true -- but look who's called crazy. And in fact Romney was an ok governor

Bachmann is called crazy because she is. There is nothing sexist about it. You're creating controversy where there is none.

She has done more for this world then you ever could Morton, or would.

You jealous Morton?

You jealous of American Republicanism that allows for ANYONE to try to win the presidency.

Could Obama have ever won in Canada?

Morton, you are a Neo-Communist.

You believe that your friends in governmnet own health care, liquor, energy, food, and most other PRIVATE business.

Canadians aren't a free people.

I'm not even free to go to choose my health care.

I have no free speech and no right to self defense.

And you think Bachmann is crazy?

You're crazy Morton. A crazy lunatic Marxist.

Hey Morton, you ever hear of Brinks guards carrying a pistol?

Why are they allowed to carry a pistol?

If a citizen shouldn't be , then why should anyone else be allowed to?

Brinks can carry pistols but Canadian citizens cannot?

How you answer that one?

She did muse that she might repeal the repeal of DADT. So far I haven't heard any of the other wingnuts on the Republican side say they would do the same. I think that does put her a bit ahead in the crazy category. Shes also married to someone who runs a clinic to cure gay people. I dunno. That is pretty nuts.

Who is more nuts?

Bachmann, Castro, or Chavez?

I'm waiting for your answer.

Bachmann, Castro, or Chavez?

Why does any one of them have to be anymore crazy than the other? Bachman and Castro are crazy, Chavez was crazy.

There question answered. Feel free to keep playing.

Errh, I just read some of the comments here -- I don't think they all really deal with my point which is, and remains, women get held to a double standard in politics... .

Morton, I suspect you have found a crazy stalker type. While I think you are wrong about almost everything political I like your bears. As for Bachmann, she is batshit nuts and that's not because she's a woman that's because she is batshit nuts and probably the Democrats best chance to keep f'ng up the USA

YOU CALLED HER CRAZY MORTON.

Who you kidding?

Double standard?

You're part of the hatefest.

Is Michelle Bachmann crazy because she DISAGREES with homosexual marriage?

If that's the case, then 95 percent of the world is crazy.

Only radicals and special interest babies here in Canada could consider her "crazy".

How many of the hardcore leftists in Canada are married with kids?

My guess is very few.

Hence the hatred for the normal.

In Canada somehow, the abnormal is now considered normal.

Not to me, but to the millions of kids who were taught by left wing Marxists with my tax dollars.

There are right wing extremists and left wing extremists. It is fair to say Bachmann is on the far right -- and she may be the GOP candidate which would likely lead to Obama being re-elected. I'll end off this discussion merely by noting that I suggested namecalling was a bad idea and here was motivated by bigotry. If anything the comments here suggest I was right

No there isn't.

There are Constitional American's and Marxist Americans.

The nest Revolution( and there will be guaranteed) will be between Freedom and Marxism.

It's a guarantee.
