Toronto mayor makes TV commentator Olbermann's 'worst person in the world' list

OK, this is downright silly. I disagree with Rob Ford on almost every policy matter you can imagine. I was not impressed with his refusal to attend Pride Week. But gosh, "worst person in the world"? Seriously, he doesn't qualify as worst person on the block. Indeed, while misguided I don't think Rob Ford is an especially bad guy. Really, Toronto has some truly appalling people -- Rob Ford just doesn't approach:

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has earned been named the "worst person in the world," by popular American TV pundit Keith Olbermann.

Ford, along with right-wing commentator Glenn Beck and a Halloween costume company in Britain that sold outfits meant to portray youngsters during the Second World War blitz, were all targeted Friday in a weekly segment Olbermann does on his TV program.

But the Toronto mayor was named the winner for his recent run-in with CBC comedian Mary Walsh.

Olbermann, who is unabashedly left-leaning, showed a clip of the now-infamous ambush involving Walsh dressed as Marg Delahunty, Warrior Princess, from This Hour Has 22 Minutes, in the driveway of Ford's home before launching into his interpretation of what took place.

Wow. Mary Walsh and now Kieth Olbermann.. Really scraping the bottom of the has-been barrel on this one.
