Campaign Managers Talent Bank

As anyone who has run in an election knows, the Campaign Manager is absolutely critical. A good manager can win an election -- a not so good manager is a nightmare.

But there is no central listing for Liberals (provincial or federal) who is available to be a Campaign Manager.

This is a real problem; but the solution is straightforward.

In the Talent Bank I have committed to create as one of my three major goals there will be a section for Campaign Managers:

Who is available;
Where they are willing to work; and
What they expect to be paid (if available).

We need to help our candidates every way we can.
