Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life, but define yourself.
~ Harvey S. Firestone (thanks to Carolyn Weatherson for showing this quotation)

Having been legally bullied it has been a long road to having the courage to stand up against those who have made a point of discrediting my character. I have confronted the bullying and publically told my story to give others the courage to confront bullies. Doing so is much harder than just telling someone not to accept bullying.
For those who don't understand the impact of legal bullying Questing Home explains how it was done in matrimonial law by men who are now sitting judges.
I have now redefined my life. It has been a challenging project. I hope to give courage to those who have been bullied and struggle to survive.
Eleanor Roosevelt might have believed that but vulnerbale children who are bullied do not have the capacity or maturity to give consent. People who have lived their life being put down and living in poorl6y functioning families with high anxiety haven't learned they have power over their thinking and feeling. Learning about personal power is their route to healing.
