New Criminal Proceedings Rules (Rules) for the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario)

There are pending changes to the
Criminal Proceedings Rules (Rules) for the Superior Court of Justice (Ontario). The new Rules will be published in the Canada Gazette on February 29, 2012, coming into effect on March 1, 2012, and the existing Rules will be repealed on that date.

Although not yet in force, the English and French versions of the new Rules are currently available on the Criminal Proceedings page of the Superior Court's website:
