Panicked Greeks withdraw nearly $900 million from banks in one day

Worries about a run on Greek banks has rattled Athens this week, after savers withdrew at least 700 million euros on Monday alone, according to minutes of Papoulias’s comments to political leaders posted on the presidency’s website

Shame they took them over TURKEY but then again if a nation doesn't do stuff like paying their income tax how do you keep giving away money and more money and still more money.
