Bell, no better than Rogers

So I order a phone from Bell for Nunavut.

Not a problem, I'll have it in a few days... .

Let's just say, after a couple of weeks, a few telephone calls etc I learn they didn't finalize and didn't trouble to mention it... .  Oh well... .

Meanwhile, Rogers said "your new phone will be ready early next week".  That was, errh, when?

Sheesh...
